Mark Rasmussen, Executive Vice President |

Mark Rasmussen has 20 years experience in commercial real estate and finance, with extensive experience and diverse skills in leadership, problem solving and negotiating. Mark has also experienced outstanding results in loan workouts, disposition of REO, and re-engineering operations to support company mandated objectives.
Mark was most recently with Washington Mutual Bank for 10 years, leading a staff of 30, responsible for the disposition of commercial REO, excess corporate facilities and the loan servicing of a $3 billion commercial real estate loan portfolio. Previous experience includes loan workouts, appraisal, and commercial real estate brokerage.
Since joining CCRC in 1998, Mark has been responsible for business development and marketing throughout the state.
Mark obtained a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison along with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Land Economics, and Marketing. |
