CCRC's products and services allow member banks to participate in affordable housing mortgages, purchase tax-exempt bonds, sponsor AHP awards through the Federal Home Loan Bank, invest in equity funds for the creation or preservation of affordable housing and serve on various investment and loan committees in the organization.
Through lines of credit, member banks participate through a blind loan pool in each approved loan throughout the state, allowing geographic, project and borrower diversification. CCRC's 7 member-bank loan committee approval process, led by a seasoned staff of professionals, has an exemplary record of performance and credit quality. CCRC's member banks have never sustained a loss on a CCRC credit.
CCRC manages the process from loan approval through construction and conversion to permanent loans, and provides ongoing asset management, reporting, servicing and investor remittance. |
