CCRC provides both long-term mortgage and bond financing for new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation as well as direct equity investment funds to acquire housing at risk of going to market-rate rents. These programs are available for family and senior housing, mixed-use projects and special needs housing for Californians. CCRC pioneered mortgages for Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects in 1989, and they developed the Tax Exempt Private Placement Bond Program in 2001. The mortgage loan product is CCRC's leading product, with bond activity approaching one-third of the business. A list of product offerings follows:

Funded by more than 45 California banks, this product provides financing for new construction, acquisition/rehabilitation and preservation of apartment buildings. |
