CCRC provides both long-term mortgage and bond financing for new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation as well as direct equity investment funds to acquire housing at risk of going to market-rate rents. These programs are available for family and senior housing, mixed-use projects and special needs housing for Californians. CCRC pioneered mortgages for Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects in 1989, and they developed the Tax Exempt Private Placement Bond Program in 2001. The mortgage loan product is CCRC's leading product, with bond activity approaching one-third of the business. A list of product offerings follows:

*"Current Rates" apply to loans committed this month and funded within 60 days of commitment. New rates are usually issued on the first Tuesday of each month.

**Forward commitments are available with terms of up to 24 months. Loansare funded at the “Forward Rate” in effect 45 days prior to the funding date.
Products
Permanent Mortgage Program provides long-term financing for multifamily rental housing affordable to low-income families, seniors and residents with special needs. Funded by more than 45 California banks, this product provides financing for new construction, acquisition/rehabilitation and preservation of apartment buildings.
Tax - Exempt Private Placement Bond Program provides permanent loans at tax-exempt rates for new construction, acquisition/rehabilitation and preservation of apartment buildings.
Acquisition Rehabilitation Program provides a seamless acquisition, rehabilitation permanent financing simplified with one loan and loan fee, accelerated approval and closing.
