ABOUT CCRC
History
Established with the backing of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, CCRC is a consortium of leading banks headquartered or active in California. Today, over 40 banks contribute to CCRC's loan pools, advancing their impact and community investing objectives. CCRC plays a vital role in California's affordable housing ecosystem, working closely with state housing agencies and local governments to create vibrant, thriving, economically diverse communities. More recently, CCRC has emerged as a leader in green and sustainable finance, expanding the role it plays in California’s rich history of environmental action. By facilitating access to capital for housing operators, CCRC and its member banks help ensure that individuals and families can live, work, and thrive in California communities that are increasingly at risk of becoming unaffordable and out of reach.
